DENMARK - April 2007
We started construction on two - 27 hole golf courses: Stensballegaard Golf Club and Lyngbygaard Golf Center. The construction will be accomplished DanJord, a Danish construction company. We also have a master shaper assigned to each project. We will only have 6 months of decent weather conditions for construction. So, we anticipate a two year build out. The pace will be fast and I have commited to spending extensive time in Denmark during the construction to avoid any delays due to approvals. But, I will attempt to provide updates this summer.
